is there a way to turn off standby mode from allies?

cause easy battles are unbeatable because my second healer decides he doesnt need to heal at 20% life (or even less!!!)

Is this healer trying to use herbs or lotions and, if so, do you actually have enough of all the needed components? If the healer is using Remedies, does the union have anough AP to cast it?

i disabled all item skills cause i have to many freelancers and i think i have enough ap to cast remedies but tbh i didnt pay attention to it, although 1 time my healer decided to use a battleskill instead of healing...
ok i looked at my ap and i have enough to cast heal BUT my healers even decide from "use heal" to go to "stand by"....

If the AP is close it still might not use it. Are these healers leading their unions? What class are they?

the main problem is rush's unit, he is the leader and i have mcgready as "master healer" and there are plenty of ap since it is a 5 man unit, my second unit has 3 chars with healskills and they usually cast all of them when needed + they even switch to refresh from time to time.... mcgready sob never does D:
btw baulson and rush leaned the revitalize although they learned remedies after mcgready and baulson is an axefighter and rush a swashbuckler on his way to ninja... mcgready sob is still at heal 5 :O

If Rush is leader then the game will tend to give that union commands that work well for Rush. That's one of the reasons why splitting into multiple unions can be handy later on.

McGrady is full of meh. You can probably find better people to hire now. He's got Remedies and that's it. See if Loki is available yet. Or Nora if you've played around in the Catacombs yet. I believe they are both in Athlum. (Nora is such a sweet talker! ;)

Herbs have Vivification which is the first time you get access to a revive power. This is a game where unions get KO'ed frequently so you'll be needing that ability. Life Powder is nice, too. Just be sure to keep your herb stockpile up.

hmm... the initial command is "keep ur hp up" when i hit X i see rush "vitalize III" mcgrady "restore V" (lol) ok now rush heals the union complete (when he used restore he healed a bit) - enemy union attacks -> hp runs low -> mcgrady "standby" with 50+ AP...

i enabled item arts again because i faced some enemys which are able to silence me :O

i definatly will replace mcgrady when i get another unique leader, i already have baulson nora loki and another 4h catguy for 19k gold!
mcgradys days are numbered

!? That is pretty strange behavoir. "Keep your hitpoints up" means heal if you're hurt, otherwise attack. Rush heals the whole union up, the enemy union does its attacks, your people do... what? Did they kill off the enemy union? How low is "low"? Less than 50%? (Dang it, a video would be so handy here!)

it varys from 20% to 70% life but let me tell u this, the other union heals completly, mcgrady is the only sob in my team i think his ai is messed up or something
