Just finished the game. Indeed it's a wonderfull homage and update to the original(s). And it feels even better to know that I helped Kickstart it.

I played through with 4:3 resolution because my display has that ratio natively. Little did I know there was actually scenerey, and as a result jokes and dialog, I missed because I didn't know it was there! So, for any of you folks still with 4:3 displays, do yourself a favor and make the resolution widescreen (even if it results in letterboxing) so you don't miss out!

I'm getting pretty frustrated with the quality control for this game. The Mac version only lets you play in 4:3 resolutions. The Linux version gives you no resolution options and launches in a fullscreen, stretched 4:3 on all 16:9 monitors. Even worse, I think it's launching in the 1024x768 resolution, so Larry's pretty blurry in addition to being fat.
