how can I manage 6 teams myself and get fast play to stop when one of my teams is ready to play, currently I play a game and ALL other games on that day fast play

I am trying to make an NPB league, when I saw that the Nippon-Ham Fighers blew out the Rakuten Eagles 4000 runs to 1. I thought this was insane, so I checked and sure enough everyone were hitting home runs every at bat around the top of the 3rd. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks...
