Season 35 anomaly

Hi,
I am fareley new to this game but i figured out that the main goal is to find an anomaly. I randomly visited planets until i found one.

From that planet I can see a ring in the sky and there is a machine with two objects rotating but besides finishing the planet I cannot find anything other to use or get working. I named the planet "ANULUS" as for "ring" in Latin. My problem is now, how can I translate this skymap to the coordinates i have to fly to? And is this machine on the planet usable? I think these are the coordinates for ANULUS:
