Does not launch! PLEASE HELP!

I got cities xl platinum yesterday and when it finished downloading i lauched it and it open a small screen saying loading and then another screen comes out saying the game " stop working we will notify you when solution is found" i tried to redownload twice and even delet steam and redownaload. So please help! I run a windows 7 i think 64 bit. THANKS!

Intel HD (3000 not 300?), is your processor graphics unit. Anyway, i also had issues with starting (Win8 tho) and launching the vcredist_86.exe in the programs/steam/steamapps/common/citiesXL Platinum-directory solved it for me.

Thx for responding but i tried to run that long ago still did not fix the problem. :( I also tried launching other stuff in the files such as direct x
