Flickering

Hi.

I am having troubling with this stupid game. I bought it a few months ago and I still cannot play the game. Basically when I start a new city and it takes me to the map ready to build, the whole map flickers and it's too bad to play. My PC is a good gaming rig, so it should play Cities XL without problems, but everything I have tried has failed and I cannot get it to stop flickering.

Graphics: HD Radeon 7970x2 (Crossfire)
Sound: Realtek HD Sound
HD: 2TB
OS: Windows 8 64bit
