yeah as of april 7 2015, here in philippines , i still cant play ro2, server disconnected 1203H ? any answer please

the latest patch broke the game for me.. the background is all white at the character selection screen but I can see all the buttons. And when I enter the game, same thing, but the background turns yellow/orange whatever and I can see the buttons..

Just patched my client today and then i receive a "Can't Connect to Server" error after launching the game.

According to the timestamps of your comments, we were down for weekly maintenance. RO2 will not be accessible during patches. Please check our maintenance times or the most recent patch notes for information on when a patch is scheduled to take place.

Why is it always Patch error for me? says corrupt file.

Everytime I close RO2 then open it here in steam again, it will update first, it will queue in steam and it always download 1.9gb and the client will patch the same patch it patched the last time I closed RO2 and open it again. DAMN THIS IS MESSED UP. CAN YOU ATLEAST FIX IT HERE ON STEAM? "According to the timestamps of your comments, we were down for weekly maintenance." TODAY IS NOT MONDAY TODAY IS SUNDAY.
