Can the Quake HD Pack work in conjunction to the Quake Reforged Textures? Here's links to both.

It already includes Quake Reforged as far as I know. Maybe not all of it? The docs included in the Quake HD download should clear things up.

But if you want to install Quake Reforged (or any textures) after you get Quake HD set up, that should be fine. Quake HD is just a package that includes the DarkPlaces engine plus various media replacements... you can always "clobber" any of that with additions/substitutions if you like. As long as whatever you install works with that version of DarkPlaces.
