Tablets in Japanese

The tablets in the game are in Japanses eventhough my language is set to English. Is there anyway to fix this to be able to read the tablets?

They aren't in Japanese, they are in La-Mulanese. It is the language of the ancient ruins in the game, you have to get an item and a piece of software in the game to be able to see them in English.

If you would like to know where and how to get the items just say and I'll tell you.
