Steam Comunity not works while i'm in game

Someone can help me to make Steam comunity works while i'm in the game?
If i press Shift + F12 nothing happen, any suggestion?
When the game start not popup of hit F12 to use steam Comunity appear.

If that's your keybind setup for that, this has been mentioned before. Click the gear in the upper right corner of the launcher and select to use 32 bit mode. That should work.

I haven't found any difference besides the archetecture of the game. I have to run 32 bit to get a certain recording software to work for youtube.
