Report a translation problem
1. Turn off Dx11, try the game. If doesn't work turn off Dx10, try it again
2. Switch to Windowed mode. It might fix the case right here.
3. Turn off multi-thread rendering. It can cause graphical issues and freezes on... certain occasions, let's put it this way.
4. Turn off x64 bit mode. It is unstable and being constantly experimented on. It might be the case.
While you try those, I'll try to remember something. Swear, I've seen the same issue not long ago.
Oh, also. Apparently Warframe is a bit picky when it comes to very specific resolutions, like 1360x768 for example. It might even outright refuse to show the picture. Borderless Window might be a good idea here.
