Verified cache entire game re-downloads

So warframe only crashing my nvidia driver. So I decided to verify cache and well, now the entire 6GB of data is now downloading as it said that 197 objects was not found or something like that. LOL Never!!!! Verify your cache!!!!

Do not verify them in Steam because it has over a year old Warframe version. Open Warframe launcher and verify them there.

Oh ok cool well now I know but gotta wait till 6GB is finished downloading.

my only question is let's say i want to install a new windows and i need to back up the game in order to make it work again wat should i do re-download the entire game cuz that's entirley stupid by steam if this is always going to be the same

Yes, that will happen. There's nothing stopping you from manually backing up the data, though.

You might need to download the game on Steam, copy all the backup file to the steamapps folder before the launcher recognizes the old file to have your backup working.
