if you cheated or violated the EULA, then no
if you're innocent of guilt, then go submit a support ticket and explain what happened; if you lie, they will know

i just try to HACK with cheat engine :D
but im not 420% sure that they will unban me if im done this :C

You used cheat engine with Warframe open in the background? Sorry, but your account is gone for good. It is impossible to restore.

hacking and cheating is not tolerated by any regulation of warframe.... i wouldnt have even accepted you into my clan with that kind of nonsense... for one reason... there is absolutly no reason to truely cheat when you can have what you need within 2 weeks of starting the game.....

Not true at all. He was banned by DE, a different company, not Valve, whom doesn't manage the game Warframe.
