How to get madurai lenses?

Hello i am trying to find out to get more madurai lenses but google is being a bastard. So i said ♥♥♥♥ it i am going to go ask on steam. So if the question wasnt obvious before how do i get madurai lenses?

75% more, in fact. But you may want to find out how focus earning work in the first place. You can craft big lenses from 4 small ones, too.

It's 40% more technically.

Regular Lense : 1.25% conversion

Greater Lense : 1.75% conversion

Ah yes, thought small lense is 1% for some reason.

How do i do sorties? (as you cant tell i am quite noob)

Sorties are high level missons with stange effects, like all mobs do more viral damage and take less viral damage. To get your reward you must do all three Sorties, this might be one of the five lens.
