My variation was more or less they don't like each other and went on separated roads, I don't remember the details. Ha ok I go collect it, but OP should add the third he saw on you tube.
EDIT: So for my first play was the End Two quoted by HowlingCoffee.
But I added an Astarte section during the end because it seems significant about the final end:
Astarte: Within your partner was a unique aspect of your own self- the great self that is all being. You have both looked deeply into the eyes of the other and found an adversery, opposed in matters of conscience and credo. Yet one sought friendship while the other remained unmoved.
And in my replay I'll probably get the same end, because the second character is the Rascal AI, but my main character is more or less the opposed.
When our saviours returned to Rivellon, saviour the first still held an inkling of hope that saviour the second might return the affections so grown during their journey. But as they parted ways, saviour the second merely clapped saviour the first on the back and rode away. Some say saviour the first is still locked away in some darkened bedroom listening to a music box of the Wizard Woden's classic ballad 'I'll never forget (that magic feeling)' on repeat.
If you've ever tried to romance a brick wall, you'll know just how saviour the first felt when trying to romance saviour the second! But, perhaps for the best, the two parted ways when they returned to Rivellon. Saviour the first never forgot saviour the second, and would think of their adventures whenever the moon was particularly pearl-shaped or the sunset a special shade of orange. As for saviour the second, saviour the first was forgotten as soon as breakfast came.
It seems there are multiple endings. I wish we knew for sure if these are affected by the choices we make for our characters. On my next playthrough, I might choose the "loyal" AI which I've never tried and see if I get a different ending again.
@wendigo211: Love the endings you had! Too funny! XD Did you play with a female and a male for your leads? Twice, I've played with two guys. I'm wondering if that's why I always end up with a "friendship" ending. I'm going to do it differently on my next playthrough.
I know it's an inconsequential thing but I do become quite attached to my characters, so I'm a little fixated about what happens to them after their adventure together. I hope more people will post the endings they've had. 8)
@Dorok: The ending I saw on YT was something along the lines of what Wendigo211 had but with greater optimism and promise. There was a hint of a brewing romance as it said, after a time, saviour the second began to return the affectionate glances of saviour the first.
Yeah, I had one male and one female for both my runs. I might do a third with no magic for the challenge, but I'll wait until there are some UI improvement and loot rebalance mods.
