If it wasnt for Doom which started the online shooters. You may not have you COD or anything else today. Respect doom as its a huge part of the FPS history and FPS online History. Doom started it all way back in the early to mid 90s. First via serial and dial up on Dwangoo Servers.

But coming out on the steam forums to complain and ♥♥♥♥ down on the game will -garanty- replies and anyone with more than two braincells know it. There is no 'expression' or 'critisism' here, you just going out to tease people and get replies. Long? ...try a book.(just kidding) I kinda get it that you youngsters look at the older generation games and go "wel this is annoying...I don't get tripple antialiasing and bloom effects and the resolution fits 10 times on my calculator". But, and I say this with the best of intentions, trying to give you something that will help you later on in life,=> in general, be it movies, games, literature, wisdom, morality, life lessons, choises,...everything. Please respect and listen to those who have gone before you. Yes this is just a game and it's your Godgiven right to think it's boring, but next to that there is a place for respecting legacies of other generations. And listening, to the lessons they have learned, not just video games, that is irrelevant, but to their lives, to their mistakes so you don't have to make them. We older people (danget, I'm only 28!!!) would love to give you youngsters a headstart and if you would just respect us and our legacies, it'll go a lot easier...

If someone is on the COD (or whatever game, CS and Unreal from your earlier posts) forums saying it sucks and to play DOOM, take it up with him. Most people, but especially older people who play games like DOOM regularly don't care what games you like. They just want you to have fun gaming, and when you come here and post stuff like this, all you're doing is insulting them. So just go back to whatever games you like, and don't take time (over a span of 3 days now from timestamps) to insult the games and gamers of things completely unrelated to your gaming lifestyle.
