I still have to get past the screen in the cafe showing me this message without hitting "Simulation". Either no one ever plays this or the multiplayer portion is broken. Do you guys have some prime times at which you load it up? And how does it work, do people need to be at the same part of the game as I am? Please don't spoil anything, I just didn't go through all of it, I am just curious about how it works in general.

Check the house before entering, if the window has light on it, there's someone else playing the game.

I've played multiple times and have never ben able to play with another person. I'm waiting outside the house now

i am still playing this game from time to time. getting phrases and checking the window... seldom met someone.
i check the ppl in the group (maybe someone is playing) or join the chat, to "sign" someone that i am in the game.
i am curious, who is still playing or "being in the game" :D ?

I had a theory about this problem and I think that the simulation thing is there on purpose. Since it's a game where two lovers are separated in different lightyears, it could be that it's simply not possible to connect to a real person even if the game makers say there is a way to do it. But after reading Tito Shivan's post, I'm going to look into that.

I played this with a friend. And it worked without simulation
