I think You can do that with Dos Box but to be honnest, I don't even want to try it because I hate playing FPS with a gamepad.

Anyone who even thinks about playing Doom on a controller really is doomed.
You really need the keyboard and the mouse to fully use the movement options.

It's not the aiming what is the problem. The Movement would be very limited with a controller.
