Mouse Control troubleshooting

Hello pals, I`ve recently bougth this game, I´m on the second mission of the campaign where you have to control an Apache helo and It`s impossible to control the mouse, It starts firing continously and also I can`t change the key bindings at the settings menu, did anyone experienced this problem also? I`m using Razer Mamba 2012 mouse and Razer Black Widow Ultimate Stealth keyboard.

I dont have the issues that you have with a Normal mouse (my mouse is full functioning just too slow in execution to conqere the level and react quick enough, so I have a Joystick on order.

Hello Optimax5, thanks for your comments, I´ve also tried to play wit my Logitech Rumblepad 2 and had the same problem, the machine gun fires continously and I can`t control the helo`s direction, I´m starting to became very upset with this issue....

I'm using a genius scroll200 and it works fine, make sure that you checked the control settings for the helicopter

I ordered a Thrustmaster m1600 joystick, supposidley highly rated, but it gained me no value in achieving much(it was more of an albatrous in comparison), mouse and keyboard seems to be more accurate. Im stuck in the Helo copter level 2, before sending the joystick back I thought Id try the aircraft, to see if there was any gain at all worth mentioning, but nope so its going back.

The joystick would be fine just for simple flight silmulations, but thats not why I bought it.

buy a high rated joystick to play the singleplayer it's kinda dumb

The joystick hope was to gain accuracy and quickness which didnt pan out, too much movement required with the joystick although it did turn around (360degree) better than a mouse. But the mouse is quicker at moving the turret, once target is located.

Im debating trying a game pad, do you think that is dumb too?

I have similar problem with X7 mouse, can't bind side mouse buttons, my plane gets stuck and doesn't respond to anything, when I don't bind anything to side buttons I can fly normally, that's wierd because I haven't had any issues before game was in GFWL and wasn't added to steam.
