There is not THAT much of a difference. Yeah, they added 4 new NPCS, none of which I want to use (2 are fine if you are evil, one is too random (Wild Mage), and one is a class I'm not fond of (Monk)). There are some minor changes as well but nothing to make you spend $20. Now, if $20 isn't a deterrant for a game you ahve a working copy of, and you want the added tweaks, sure, buy it.
if you do buy at beamdog as we're stuck with delayed patches and I've been having troubles with mods that work with the normal BGEE version but have problems with the steam version's reworked directory structure.
Since you already have it, an alternative to buying another copy (the EE version) is to download the modded BG1 to 2 (BGTutu) that lets you play BG1, TOSC, BG2 and TOB all on the BG2 game engine

Okay guys thanks for your help. I brought it and so far looks good. Nothing beats the old version and also on kickstarter they are making a new torment (planetscape) You should check it out.
Steam version doesn't work with multiplayer yet, so if you are wanting to game with friends, don't buy it from steam. So I been told that is, otherwise it's a great game as all the others were.
