when ı enter the game, game menu all the other staff is shakeing when ı minimaze the game and re enter ıt all problem gone but when ı continue playing the thıngs are repeating....

I never seen that problem.

A couple of things you might try; Set the game's executables with a different Compatibility mode and Disable Desktop Composition.

Try putting the game into windowed mode, Alt + Enter, and see if you can play it that way without the screen-shaking problem.
