White lines across sides and on landscape- can't see anything but models

On the sides of my game, there are white lines across the sides and on the bottom- I can't really see anything. On the landscape, there is no landscape, or buildings, or anything on the game screen, just white. Now, i can get into the game perfectly fine, it's just when i start playing, that happens.

If anyone would need a picture to help, I'll go back into the game to try and get one.
