getting wierd rays of light in tactical battles

This is a maybe fix, but i've found that lower max texture atlas can get rid of those weird beams of light if your getting them. I've played with the in game options a lot so i'm hoping to save you time. I just lowered mine 1 down from what my could actually support and it fixed that issue. 1280x 768 is prolly the best smallest display in my opinion.
