Ban for unfair player

Hello,

is there any option to get a ban for steam user Vladimir Putin? He is a teamkiller and a noob and he ruined a game by destroying base of two players.

What did he do exactly? You can't ban someone for being a noob.
He destroyed two bases is that right? Are you saying he attacked his team members bases?

As you can see in the replay, he started to destroy bases of teammates on purpose. It's not a noob play, it's a delibarate move

Just lost a map because of a guy like this. Was a 3 on 3, he was a mate of two guys on the other team. Like spamming volks and run into arty on purpose. Also said in puplic chat where boobie traps were placed.
First he just did completely stupid things, witch was okay because the opponents sucked, so we was winning a 2-3 match. When we started to really get pushing and even destroyed one of theese guys base, he had to take it further, and built flaks in our bases, tried pushing with the units we had, but no repair for tanks, no reinforcing for inf, we got pushed back, and with no troops and not even possibility to build buildings...it was over.. Is there really no way of getting theese people banned for sabotaguing other peoples games?
