Problems with running COH: New Steam Version

I bought "Company of Heroes: Complete Edition" yesterday. I downloaded CoH: New Steam Version" but I can't run it. I see an error "The product has not been recognized. Try to run the game from the platform Steam" or sth like this.
Have anyone encoutered this or do you have any idea how to fix that?
