Requesting Help for Zandronum Co-Op

A friend and I have a server set up for Zandronum, and we tried playing Co-Op mode on Nightmare. We started with level 1, of course. When we got to the end switch, we just died. How do I need to set up the server to properly play through the game on Co-Op?
