Need to find catfish to finish the get all fish quest, anyone know where to find them? tried all 3 places and got all except catfish

I could just be an ♥♥♥♥♥ and the game already told me and I didn't pay attention but how do you grow them? I know eggplants are guaranteed but I can't for the life of me find out how to get the other ones. I tried growing them in different spots and waiting a few extra days before harvesting but nothing....
