And yes, the game itself should make this more clear.
Thank you! I've been in the literally the same situation - hours into game, also thinking I have to reach the level after questor to upgrade the rooms... of course, not being able to do anything. For some reson, it was really frustrating, I kinda got hooked on this game way more than I ever thought possible.
Luca
I was sick with the flu & medicated, I learned of my follie just before I left for the weekend I told a friend of the story & how I owed Luca Redwood an apology, upon viewing the trailer on the Steam page he said that he had seen the upgrade button in the store shown (I hadn't watched it, as I was looking forward to 10,000,000 ever since a positive review for the original ios version for a device I didn't own).
Would a flashing or throbbing button remove the ability for others to be ignorant (or in my case consumed by ignorance), & maintain the progression curve that worked so well up to that point and only negatively affected at that point by the players inability to register that upgrade buttons presence, yes that ought to do it.
My apologies for my ignorance (which is boundless), my apologies for directing my ignorance towards you Luca Redwood & your product. My problems were largely my fault. & I will try to display better self control in the future. Welcome to PC gaming.
