All the classes are free, and you don't need to purchase to attend them. You can also do the same class over as often as you like.

That's a really big deal and it distinguishes YNAB over other applications out there (including things like Mint).
The online help pages (ie: the web pages about Credit Card use) were a little tough to figure out at first; the live-classes definitely helped clarify how the application is supposed to be used and the live-class really made the online tutorials (help pages) a lot easier to understand.
