Free online classes today, and (almost) every day!

We've got a lot of new faces here thanks to the Sale of the Day! (Welcome!)

I wanted to remind everyone that we do free online classes all the time to discuss various aspects of YNAB and money management in general.

If you're just starting out, check out our "Intro to YNAB" class. I highly recommend it!

This is great, i didn't know you guys do free classes. Will you be doing this again any time soon? I'm just getting into the program and still don't know that I'm using it very proficiently. I'll check the videos once they're posted though, thanks.

We run the classes almost every day. We have one full time teacher and three part-time teachers to handle the load.

All the classes are free, and you don't need to purchase to attend them. You can also do the same class over as often as you like.

awesome, I'm liking the simplicity of this already. although it has massively highlighted how much money I'm wasting :(

That's the thing I noticed to RedXIV. The money just goes somewhere.

I bought it today and don't regret. I used to do my finances in a spreadsheet, but the YNAB is much much better, simplifying a lot of mechanics to me.

The live-classes (via Citrix) are great; that is probably one of the strongest aspects to YNAB. It's nice that there's an actual philosophy behind YNAB (I've had very little experience using budgeting software and moreover budgeting in general) and that the team supporting YNAB takes time to explain the philosophy and how it intersects with the software.

That's a really big deal and it distinguishes YNAB over other applications out there (including things like Mint).

The online help pages (ie: the web pages about Credit Card use) were a little tough to figure out at first; the live-classes definitely helped clarify how the application is supposed to be used and the live-class really made the online tutorials (help pages) a lot easier to understand.
