theres something wrong with teleglitch

i dont know why and ive tryed redownloading the game but it keeps glitching outblack screen then games screen really fast and i dont know how to fix it please help me

Does this only happen when DisplayFusion is running? Could you try exiting DisplayFusion to see if it still occurs? If it does, you'll likely want to contact the support team for that game :)

Just right-click the DisplayFusion system tray icon (next to the clock on the taskbar) and choose Exit.

i did it and it worked for like 5 seconds then it started again do you have any more ideas

Unfortunately not. If DisplayFusion wasn't running, then it definitely wouldn't be causing that issue. I'd recommend contacting the support team for that game to see what they can do.
