Can't launch the program

Whenever I try to launch the software, it comes up saying:

"Unable to execute file in the temporart directory. Setup aborted.

Error 5: Access is denied."

Any solutions?

The installer needs to run from the %localappdata% (or %appdata%) directory, so it sounds like either there's an issue with the permissions on your machine, or something is blocking it from running in that directory. Are you on a company computer that might be blocking apps from running from the %appdata% directories?
