Sensor boosters?
I see references to sensor boosters in old tutorials and stuff but nothing that seems to note where/why they got removed.

Any specifics on this or am I missing something? Boosters would be pretty great for larger ships that take a long long time to lock onto things.

I believe we removed the sensor boosters in exchange for more powerful sensors in general. I'll pass the idea of sensors with faster locking but maybe shorter distance or fewer targets.

Yeah that would be great, or better kinetic shielding too.

Issue is with a practically L4-L5 hull'd dreadnaught ship that has even 12 extra L2 C&C's with max sensors (for L2 anyways) and a ton (by ton I had around 30~) of the kinetic shielding modules, by the time lockons would complete 3 otherwise less-than-destroyer class ships could be half way through the shields, kinda sucked especially when there were stronger ships :P
