would not recommend getting on windows 8
get on windows 7 not 8 the fraps screws up

I too am having issues running this game on Windows 8. The sounds are choppy and make game play rather annoying after a while. Works Flawlessly on Windows 7.

I have Windows 8 (64b) and had the same problem. I tried the ECWolf-Mod - now it works (with Spear of Destiny, too) Even allows 16:9 :) Link: http://maniacsvault.net/ecwolf/download.php
