I've just started playing the game, but there are two achievements that I think I should have unlocked: "Off to Ise!" and "It Could Be Anyone". Any one else having this problem?

I am at the scene in the bar, after you rescue Kana from her kidnapper. I went through the dialogue to order the mackerel from the chef, but now after I've exhausted all dialogue and speech options there is no way to progress. The few video walkthroughs I was able to find on YouTube show that there should be an option to "call over" the chef, but this does not appear in my game. What have I missed, or is this just a bug? I'm almost at the end of the game so I'm quite disappointed to hit this....

I ran into what appears to be a softlock on the switch version. I am playing on the Nintendo Switch version, and I am currently at Le Bijou trying to talk to Tamura after identifying our victim and hearing more information from Sakiko. However, once I ask the receptionist to call over Tamura, nothing happens no matter what I do - I can only send Ken to the bathroom infinitely, but otherwise the receptionist has no dialogue and the only object to investigate is an idol poster with only one description.
