how to get the bottom right item and also how to get the Queen and Knight

I don't think 6 units and 20 items selection is good game play at all...because when you wanna upgrade the units that you will to do with so long to get and some items those whom selected will to use the most not appearance in mean time when in serious combat like "Training Room" Challenge. You better set to select just 4 unit suits and 10 Items for best game play out there....
