Wow is Nuclear Winter horrible..

I expected it to not be as good as the rest just due to the subject matter, but wow was it worse than I even expected..

Yeah, it is regarded to be the worst out of the 3 but I still get enjoyment out of it.

I like the first level, being a tribute to red light district.

It's alright. The first two levels seem really lazy, and I hate those snowmen with a passion. But the christmas levels are nice and I love that the final boss is Santa. I also enjoy all the easter eggs strewn about, like the entrance of E1M! from Doom.

It has it's decent points, but all the invisible walls and things present for no reason seriously irritated me.

It cannot be any worse than the carribean one where you have water guns. I couldnt play past the first level it sucked so badly.

I thought it was really bad the first time I played it, but when I ran through it again after getting Megaton it was better than I remembered. Surely it's the worst of the expansions, but it's not completely without qualities.

I agree it was not very good at all, and the boss fight was quite difficult and annoying.
I liked the Carribean one though. I appreciate the amount of effort put into it. The Winter one was super lazy by comparison.

Well, it is regarded as the worst of the expansions, and I finished it last, but I did find some enjoyment out of it, not a lot though, those elves and snowmen annoyed me to no end.

I still think Carribean is the best because of the good level design and the new weapon models that just made everything so much better. D.C. is good, but at times confusing and some levels were too long (Smithsonian Terror being the main culprit, even though I like the level, it was really long)

it wasn't terrible, I personally didn't have that much of a problem with the level design. the christmas theme was nice but it pales compared to the effort in carribean, it's not bad just not as good. and yeah the last fight was BS

I liked that they actually put some efforrt into the last fight, since it's much more different than the other expansions battles, but he was really fast and it was pretty unfair. But at least they did something unique for the last fight, even though it sort of backfired.

I do agree that the level design in DC is.............something, I'm not sure what, but I prefer it to Nuclear Winter simply because those darn uzi elves are really darn cheap.

I think DC's problem is they were trying too hard to semi-copy real locations. Rather than making fun and creative maps. DC's maps also suffer by sometimes obscuring where you are even supposed to go.

All the invisible walls and explosives irritated me more than the elves... not to say the elves and the final boss weren't both a colossal PITA.
