I Googled it and sure enough, found several references to it.
But, my purchased copy (bought gawd knows when, from eons ago) of Duke It Out In D.C. does NOT have any custom music (I even had a looksie in the GRP file).
Strange...

Dunno if those are the right MIDIs or not (?).
That being said, a few of them are music tracks from the PC game oldie "Tyrian" (converted LDS->MID files), while one looks to be a converted CMF->MID from "Jill of the Jungle" (the "Ominous" MIDI).
P.S. My version of DIOIDC is from a CD sold by Sunstorm Interactive Inc.
Another user and myself are re-recording the MIDI's and getting them in game if you're interested, just keep an eye on my SC-55 Guide! :)
Hehe, I like *MY* tweaked CMF->MID converted version of that tune (circa 1994 or so) better though :)
edit : for exemple, I've uploaded the Nuked Files music in Youtube : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOfQdOISkJY
ENDING1 Alexander Brandon - Ending 1 (Tyrian)
FIELDMAG Andreas Molnar - A Field for Mag (Tyrian)
HERO ??? - ??? (???)
OMINOUS Dan Froelich - Stage 3: Ominous (Jill of the Jungle)
PICKUP Alexander Brandon - Gryphon Boss (Tyrian)
RAIN Ken Goach - The Rain (GUS Sample MIDI)
ROBOCOP Basil Poledouris – Main Title (RoboCop 3)
START5 Alexander Brandon - Secret Level (Tyrian)
SUBTERRA Ian Taylor - Subterranea (RuneScape)
XFILES Mark Snow - Materia Primoris (The X-Files) - Remix by Beenware Music
The original DC episode had NO original music at all, it was simply using the standard episode 3 tracks from the original campaign. I was digging up some custom music which would fit the levels as closely as possible. However, this was never part of the original game, so the Steam release is complete the way it is.
In the DukeDC HRP readme, all the original composers are given credit for their work, and only "freeware" music has been used. Three tracks by Mark Knight which I included have been used with his special permission btw. Hopefully this fixes some misunderstandings. :)
After all, it's great to know that many people out there are considering my custom music selections being part of the official release even though they are not. Some tracks fit really well, e.g. for "Nuked Files", some others may still change one day in case I find songs I like better.
