How do I get past level 3?

How do I deactive the cell block doors. I am seriously stumped. I even blew up the wall outside. I recall doing this as a kid, but I'm stumped.

Wow... I didn't realize the tiny corners were important. I feel dumb. But also these are a bit out of the ways. Thank you.
