Help with not Syncing

Hi

Steam Cloud does not seem to be functioning for this game. When I try to play the game on another computer, I find that none of my progress has been saved. Any ideas as to what I might need to do? Thanks!

Can anyone confirm whether this game's saves are synced when playing on more than one computer? It clearly states that steam cloud is enabled but game is not syncing properly. I am having to copy saves to a usb stick to make sure that when I play on my laptop the progress I have made on my desktop is carried over.

Found this on the 2K support page:


"There is currently an issue where Steam Cloud Storage may not work properly when logging in from another PC. Users that log in from a secondary location may find that their existing saves on the Cloud do not sync to the new machine.

A fix for this issue has been issued in the new Steam Beta Client.

If you're experiencing this issue, you may want to try enrolling in the Steam Beta and updating your client. To do that, please follow these steps:

Click “Settings” from the Steam Menu, and then click “Change…”in the “Beta Participation” section of the accounts tab.
From there, select “Steam Beta Update” from the drop-down box.
Restart your Steam client once prompted.
Please note: as with many Betas, opting in to the Steam Beta comes with its own set of risks."

I updated steam today to the latest version, but my saves are not uploaded to the cloud (0kb).

Is this the problem that everyone is facing? The save file is smaller than 500 KB so the storage should be enough. However it isn't used at all...
