On sale today, but no controller. What say?

So the game is on sale today for $5, but I don't have a controller. I AM planning to get an Xbone or X360 controller SOMETIME, but not yet.

What would you guys do? Buy it for later, or wait?

Well, the Xbox1 gamepad does not have official support yet and no telling how long it will be until it does. If you wind up getting a 360 gamepad, then it merely depends on how long you plan on waiting to do so. This game has been on sale before, and most likely will be again at some point. Logic also dictates that as the game ages be it another few months, to six, to a year, there lies the likelyhood that it will have an even greater discount down the line.

I have on various occasions jumped on a sale, played a game for 20 minues and went back to other games I was prviously involved in, and by the time I finally came back to the sale game, it had already gone on sale again, a few times for an even greater discount than before.




**Now you want my honest opinion? Put on your big boy pants and use your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ noggin to make a decision. If you need other people to figure this kind of ♥♥♥♥ out for you, you shouldnt even be allowed to have access to a credit card or a bank account or left in charge of watering house plants.**

It is playable but might be frustrating when you have to coordinate the brothers actions later in the game.

This game is all reason you need to get a controller. If you never use it for another game, that's fine, you will have gotten your money's worth.

I play it with a keyboard and it is fun as well :)

I've played it for an hour or so with the keyboard, which works fine. I bought a cheap controller which works with other games, as well as Steam in Big Picture mode, but this game doesn't seem to recognize it, so I guess I'll keep playing it with the keyboard.

I would wait until you have a controller, it's a key part of the experience-remember to have the vibrating effect on

Buy it now and don't install it - just wait until you get the controller.
I've been a PC gamer for years and I used to defend exclusive use of keyboard and mouse.

I bought an Xbox controller for this game - and it was worth every cent. Even if I never play another game with that controller it will be worth it.

i just bought the game today and already finished it with the keyboard... i had no problem coordinate with both of them... the only thing i fight frustrating is that the game is too damn short!

No problem with the keyboard, in fact I probably prefered it having played both..
