Is the jelly bomb glitched?

It won't unlock for me.. (Even though I played well over 250 times.)

We've heard other reports about unlocks not working, and sometimes it is related to a Steam cloud sync issue. Try restarting Steam if you haven't closed out of it in a while.

Well that didn't work, thanks anyway.

I have played this game for some time now, stopped, and I just started playing again.
