Rising Storm is Released - Beta is closed

To play Rising Storm you need to install and launch Red Orchestra 2 Multiplayer. The content for both games is now launched from that single launcher.

The launcher is now called Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 Multiplayer in Steam.

My friend gifted me the beta of the game but now i dont have the beta and a traded a game for it do i still have the game cause it says in the market i have to buy it? Please help i might of just lost money.

Beta access was just beta access. It was not the full game (unless you purchased the game).

If you purchased the game you own it. If you did not, you do not own it (most likely, unless you have nice friends).

Why, why must you revoke the beta, you should continue it for people who got the gift from a friend and expected it to be a good gift only for it to be taken away.

I was insanley disapointed when I could not find it and the game was honestly the best experiance I have had from a game since I bought Half Life 2. My father hates steam, I cant buy the game, so please give us the beta back!!!!

Look Tripwire it was honestly unfair to do so, you could keep the beta running, like any other beta.

The beta was run into the game was released. If you want to play the game you will need to purchase it. What you had was a beta key that we gave out to people who had purchased the game so they could give them to friends to see if they wanted to buy the game as well.

Brilliant game so far, just want to see some vehicles, possibly some new maps and maybe even some more cool weapons and equipment; what about more camoflagued clothes for the Japanese sniper in junglemaps for example? Could be quite sweet indeed.
