Code:

Reverted TK penalty back to -2 (-1 for wound).
Forgiving a TK now gives 2 points back to the player
Getting kills while an xp bonus is active now gives the correct (higher) amount of weapon xp
Fixed a bug where players could sometimes bypass map boundaries
Minor UI bug fixes
Increased cooldown of the level 50 Garand "ping" trick
Encumbrance tweaks for several weapons
Fixed a bug that caused some players to spawn in third person
Fixed an issue where attack/defend icons would not display correctly on the compass


Maps:

Fixed small bugs and cover issues in all maps


Guadalcanal

Added 50 reinforcements to the Axis
Added 20 reinforcements to the Allies


Hanto

Moved Allied spawns for Water Station and Base Camp back by 5-20 meters.
Changed Allied spawn time from 20 to 25 seconds


Iwo Jima

Removed 40 reinforcements from the Axis
Changed Axis spawn rate from 15 to 25
Changed Allied spawn rate from 25 to 15


Kwajalein

Removed 120 reinforcements from the Axis
Removed 40 reinforcements from the Allies


Peleliu

Added 80 reinforcements to the Axis


Saipan

Added 200 reinforcements to each team
Fixed exploit where players could jump out of the map bounds

Thanks for the heads up.
Noticed how the bolts and snipers tend to reload 1 bullet too many, like if you shoot once you reload twice etc.

Not sure if this was worth mentioning on the TWI forums.

This is intentional. When you pull the bolt back to reload, it actually ejects the current round. Therefore, to compensate for that ejected round, you need to reload one extra bullet.

That's not a bug, it's intentional because that's how they work in real life. If you bolt, the current round that is chambered is ejected.

EDIT: Viet Viking was a few milliseconds faster. :)

Is there any chance they will release more screen resolutions? The 3 to choose from do not work for me. I am hooked up to a T.V.

Open the console with ~ or F3 and type in:

setres 800x600

replace 800x600 by whatever resolution you want to use.
How do you do the Garand "ping trick"? Is that like throwing your clip on the ground to make the ping to fool enemies into thinking you're reloading?

Lvl 50 with garand, I believe it is hitting an empty clip against your helmet to make the metal ping noise. I do not have it yet, don't know the command button.

Updated with latest changes for the patch that just went out.
and this is 2gb i have to download
Does the Trenchgun still act like a sniper rifle? managed to get a headshot with it from like 80m earlier :>
