Pre-purchased FEZ but..

It doesn't show up in my library. I have checked in multiple places to see if the purchase was successful or not and I'm very certain it's all good seeing I have the receipt.
Anyone familiar with this problem?

same here actually, we're not only ones - it's appearantly common for games to be like this. Not the first time happening to me, so it's probably gonna pop up in the library tommorow or at the day of launch : )

This is the first time a non-released game doesn't instantly pop up in my library so hence my post .o.

I have had this issue before but it always worked out.

The game isn't out yet on PC, if you check the main page. The game is coming exactly 1 day and 19 hours, May 1st.

Clearly. But most games appear in your library the moment you pre-purchase them.

According to someone on another thread, it will show up in your library through the Steam client, but not on your profile. That's how it's worked for me.

Perhaps you don't have all games selected under the library tab?

I have checked all games, but it's not in any list. We'll see wether it pops up when the game is actually released.

As I have noted in a previous post, I have pre-purchased games before, and they always instantly showed up in my library.

Really? Fez showed up in my library right after I pre-purchaced. Did you follow the install popups as normal? Maybe it has to download the library page to your computer, but that would be wierd if it did have to.

Restarting Steam should fix the problem.

But it doesn't. Multiple restarts since buying the game, still it is not in the list. So we'll have to see, what happens tomorrow. Otherwise the Steam support has to fix this.
