Weird artifact on screen

I just got Fez, and starting playing, and the entire time I've been playing there's been some sort of weird video artifact on the screen. It's a horizontal bar that jitters around and just generally looks bad. It's there most of the time, but sometimes it goes away. I have an AMD 7870 gfx card, so I'm pretty sure I shouldn't have problems system-wise. Any ideas how to get rid of this monstrosity?

Same. Windows 8.1. 270X. Both 13.2 and 14 beta 2 drivers.

the problem seems to be related to Radeon cards

playing on windowed instead of full screen fixed the problem for me

I remember having that same issue when i got the game on steam. Strangely (or not) the pirate backup i had worked flawlessly, lol

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to show up in screenshots. I just loaded up the game to give it a shot, but all the screenshots look flawless.
