How do I get a refund?

I see that some people have gotten refunds for this game, and since this is the first time I've wanted a refund for a game on Steam I'm not sure how to go about doing it. The reason why I want a refund is because... Well, the game is a buggy hell-hole and I can't believe it was released in this state that it is in. Things like the melee function not connecting to mobs or doing anything half the time are a big turn off for me. Also the chat is broken... This is an MMO for goodness sakes! One of the big things about MMOs is playing with other people and socializing with one another.

Um... No, I want a refund. And just because you're a huge fanboy of the game (I've seen your many previous comments worshipping the game) doesn't mean it doesn't have a ton of problems that I just can't ignore. And with how slow Trion has been lately with updates (I play RIFT) I'm fairly sure the wait will be too long for my liking.

Steam doesn't do refunds because someone doesn't like the game. Especially after over four months.

also it is possible to get a refund in steam becuase alot of people on steam got a refund on the warz(is now called infestation)

No my computer is perfectly fine... To be frank the game is not only buggy, but also crappy. FireFall is much better and even that game has a ton of problems (mostly a lack of content).

in my opinion, and no i am not a huge fun boy this game, is pretty bug free. dont know where you find so much bugs. i supose you are new to mmos so i get it. i still not own this game but i played through free trail and i think it was a nice mmo rp shooter game with a good concept and nice graphics. as for the updates you said, this is the first mmo game that goes along with tv series. so if you want new content you have to wait for the second season to start. if you dont wanna play this game its ok just ask for steam support for refounds if they can or ask trion then. btw rift is an abandoned game. every company have one. like diablo of blizzard for example...

I'm actually a pretty big MMO player and the whole point of MMOs is to communicate with others, but guess what? Even the freaking chat function is practially broken and no one uses it because it's awkward and doesn't seem to function properly.

sorry for that, i did a little stalking and i found out that you didn't give this game the time deeded to make progress and all. as i said it is pretty bug free game and your sayings will not change the game on that. it is an mmo rp shooter game and when you play shooter games it is dificult to write on chat. you could just join a recruiting clan with ts or vent. but nvm if you want a refound just try for a refound and stop spamming about how this game sucks cause it is not as you say.

The "I'm right, you're wrong" mentality, eh? I hate to break it to you but there ARE indeed bugs. Ones I have already stated and don't feel the need to repeat because some people apparently don't know how to read.

yes i really like the game as i do like alot of games including fallout :) but im far from a huge fanboy
