DO NOT BUY GOLD EDITION FROM STEAM !!!!!!!

I purchased the "Gold Edition" on Steam and it does not activate,

Steam is ignoring me, I have sent in a request for help/refund and I got a scripted response from an idiot telling me to go find the refund button and THERE IS NOT ONE FOR THIS DLC.

I told them there is no refund option and now they are ignoring me...

DO NOT BUY THE GOLD EDITION FROM STEAM !!!!!!

Trion has fixed the problem but Steam was no help at all.

If you want the DLC buy it from the Trion store page and forget Steam on this one.

I'm encouraging people to buy it from Trion and avoid the BS hassle I had to go through.

Only thing you can do is contact Trion support, Steam will not help at all.

Trion will fix it but it might take a day or two.

and open a ticket.

Not sure why you had a problem with this. I just bought gold edition (on steam) went into the game and all my items were in the store redeem tab. there is NO keycode available or needed to get your gold edition DLC. Just buy it and go into game and its all there.... no hassle

Only works for some people, giant hassle for others.
