Apparently the pre-order titbits are tied to your Gamespy profile, cannot be re-redeemed (if lost / deleted) and cannot be repurchased. As such, here is a save file with the DLC enabled. I paid 2$ for this

And it's well worth it, I'm already 5 hours in and enjoying it. That's already 40cents per hour Every now and then I pick a random game to play and it's surprisingly good and engrossing. Good dungeon romps

Good thing MS owns everything related to this franchise so they can keep it dead and buried.

A fairly solid if different fantasy third person cover based shooter. I have fun every time I pick this game up. I know it is not going to be for everyone but I think the majority of people would have a decent time with it.

powerful skills
looks pretty good for a 7th gen game

Co-op is broken without external mod
Ai companion isn't always cooperative in the puzzles
