can goblins break log walls?

i started a new kingdom and i think goblins broke out a chunk of my walls anyone know if they can or not?

Goblins can't break any wall blocks, ever.

If during a fight, someone falls down from above, and lands on a wall with no floor above it, they 'knock down' the wall. So if someone was on a level or two (or 10 levels) above the area with the wall and got 'knocked back' in a fight, and fell to thier death, or just fell period, they'd land on that wall section and knock it down. You do get the stuff back though that it's built with if it gets knocked down.
That is THE only way walls can get knocked down... as of yet.

The more you know. I never knew that was possible, though I guess it makes sense, since Entities aren't meant to be in such a place without a floor tile.

they wont break thru walls, if they can not enter your kingdom, they tunnel into it and you'll see this goblin hole "looks like a well" appear inside your keep

Well, sometimes, when building walls, or cutting/clipping trees, the selection box will 'go away' without the work being done if the gnome cancels @ a certain time right before the work is complete. It may have never been built. If you are sure it was built, and there is no way you accidently deconstructed it, then there is another issue at hand.

i am pretty sure it just despawned its at a place i know i had walled
