(heavy spoilers) am i wrong or nobody cares about Didi except Dawn?

Didi have such a big family of two dadies and one mom. Yet, only Dawn is the one who supporting her all along, as others have more important troubles then their dauther (singing, circus, etc). Is this only mine interpretation or is this how it is?

Yup @frgovo pretty much nailed it. Except for one thing in my opinion:

In the endgame, it is suggested in one of the collectables that Dawn was Vincenzo's original assistant.
And in the very last cutscene, Vincenzo thanks Dawn for taking care of Didi.
Maybe he asked Dawn at some point to take care of his daughter since he didn't want to do it himself ?

Maybe he didnt want to bring Didi to his world tours as an assistant, because he was afraid, that something terrible could happend to her like with Dawn.
